You are proficient in Python and SQL, enabling you to automate security processes and analyze data effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and can communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest security trends and threats.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies for Geotab's connected transportation solutions. You will assess security risks and vulnerabilities, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle, ensuring that security is a priority from the outset. You will also lead incident response efforts, managing security incidents and coordinating with relevant teams to mitigate risks. Your role will involve creating and maintaining security documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will provide training and support to team members on security best practices, fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization.
