Overview

Google is seeking an Account Manager for their Strategic Customer Applications and Games team. You'll leverage your expertise in performance marketing and data-driven strategies to support Vietnamese-speaking clients. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of in-depth experience in performance-based marketing, advertising optimization, or data-driven marketing strategy. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Vietnamese allows you to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and support Vietnamese-speaking clients. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are familiar with analytical tools such as Google Analytics 4, marketing attribution models, data visualization dashboards, and spreadsheet software. Your knowledge of Google's advertising products across Applications, Video, Display Network, and Search is extensive, and you understand the app ecosystem, including revenue generation and user acquisition specific to the Applications and Games industry. You have the ability to influence stakeholders both within and outside the organization to achieve objectives, and you are passionate about sales and online media.

Desirable

Experience with additional analytical tools or platforms would be a plus, as would familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and advertising technologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and developing effective solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will analyze datasets to identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations on bidding strategies and measurement frameworks, such as SKAdNetwork and GA4. You will present insights and advocate for Google while showcasing new products, performance metrics, and campaign results to clients and advertising companies. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service and support.
