What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Verkada, you will partner directly with account executives to expand our footprint in the market. Your primary responsibility will be to interface with customers and partners throughout the sales process, addressing technical objections and providing expert guidance on deploying Verkada products. You will assist customers in designing tailored security solutions that meet their specific needs, ensuring a seamless integration of our technology into their operations. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of our AI-powered platform.

You will also provide ongoing technical assistance to territory account representatives, helping them navigate complex customer requirements and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. Your expertise will be crucial in overcoming challenges and driving customer satisfaction. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cloud security and IoT systems, allowing you to provide informed recommendations to clients.
