HelloFresh is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage live chat support for customers. You'll be responsible for addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
You are a customer-focused individual with a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team. Your bilingual skills in German and English allow you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. You understand the importance of meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective responses. You are adaptable and can handle complex inquiries by coordinating with various support teams, demonstrating your ability to think critically and find sustainable solutions.
While not mandatory, experience in customer support or a related field would be beneficial. Familiarity with live chat systems and customer relationship management tools can give you an edge in this role. A passion for technology and innovation will help you embrace the dynamic nature of the HelloConnect team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers using live chat. You will respond to general inquiries, assist with billing questions, and guide customers through the switching process. Your primary goal is to ensure that customers receive prompt and accurate information, helping to resolve their issues efficiently. You will work closely with the 2nd Level Support team to address more complex cases, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care and professionalism. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, providing feedback and insights to enhance the customer experience.
