You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally with experience in robotics or automation. In this role, you will lead and guide a team of operators, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You will oversee deployment schedules, monitor adherence to break and rotation schedules, and handle escalations as needed. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and adaptability, driving your team to meet operational goals. You will compile and deliver clear feedback to both your team and leadership, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned. Additionally, you will assist with special tasks or challenges that arise during your shift, proactively addressing and resolving any issues that may impact operations. Your role is critical in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the Robot Operations team, contributing to the long-term transformation of last-mile logistics through robotics and automation.
