Foodsmart is seeking a Director, Compliance Officer to develop and implement compliance policies and processes. You'll play a crucial role in fostering a culture of trust and integrity within the organization. This position requires extensive experience in compliance management.
You have a strong background in compliance management, ideally with over 5 years of experience in a highly regulated environment. You understand the complexities of compliance policies and are adept at developing and implementing processes that mitigate risks. Your ability to foster a culture of trust and integrity is paramount, as you will be responsible for positioning compliance as a driver of operational excellence and business success. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively train and guide teams on compliance matters. You are passionate about making nutritious food accessible and affordable for everyone, aligning with Foodsmart's mission.
Experience in the healthcare or nutrition sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory compliance in these fields. You are proactive in identifying compliance risks and have a track record of successfully navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Your leadership skills allow you to inspire and motivate teams to prioritize compliance in their daily operations.
In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and processes across Foodsmart's operations.
