Overview

Google is seeking an Account Manager for their Financial Services team to drive sales growth and manage customer relationships. You'll leverage your knowledge of Google’s advertising products, particularly YouTube, to deliver impactful solutions. This role requires 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a marketing role. Your experience includes managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, where you've developed strong relationships with customers or agencies. You possess a solid understanding of Google’s advertising products and solutions, especially YouTube advertising solutions. Your ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activities is key to meeting customer goals. You are self-initiated and navigate ambiguity with curiosity and resilience, showcasing excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Communication is one of your strengths, and you excel in people management, maintaining a solution-oriented attitude while being a collaborative team player. You are passionate about sales and committed to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving with velocity through change.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. You will analyze campaign data to ensure performance is accurately tracked, delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives. Monitoring performance data will be essential for extracting key insights, identifying, and cultivating qualified promote opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipelines. You will collaborate closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a real impact on the millions of companies and billions of users that trust Google with their advertising solutions.
