What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the automated production lines at Dandy's Provo facility, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of over 100 technicians and support staff, focusing on delivering industry-leading quality and reliability. Your responsibilities will include identifying and executing improvements to workflows, staffing models, and machine utilization to support the company's ambitious growth targets. You will build and refine scalable systems that enable consistent output across shifts, ensuring that production meets the demands of a rapidly evolving market.
