Asana is seeking a Head of UKI to lead go-to-market activities across the UK and Ireland. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel leaders to execute the regional growth strategy. This role requires exceptional leadership capabilities and strategic vision.
You have a proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies in a technology-driven environment — your experience spans multiple customer segments including Corporate, Enterprise, and New Business. You excel in building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration across departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the company's growth objectives. Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering, allowing team members to thrive while driving results. You understand the nuances of the UK and Ireland markets and can adapt strategies to meet local needs effectively. As the Head of UKI, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Asana's growth strategy in the region. Regularly analyzing market trends and competitor activities will be essential to stay ahead in the industry. You will report directly to the GM of EMEA, providing insights and updates on performance and strategic direction. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing Asana's market presence throughout the UK and Ireland, and you will play a key role in building a culture of excellence within the revenue organization.
