You'll lead a team of Operations and Area Managers to drive quality and performance initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and operational management skills.
You have extensive experience in operations management, ideally within a fulfillment or logistics environment, where you've successfully led teams to achieve operational excellence. Your leadership style focuses on coaching and mentoring, ensuring that your team meets performance objectives while fostering positive employee relations. You understand the importance of safety, quality, and customer experience in operations, and you are committed to driving initiatives that enhance these areas. You are adept at managing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that operational goals align with business plans. Your ability to collaborate with various support functions, such as HR and Finance, allows you to secure the necessary resources for your projects and initiatives.
Experience with Lean methodologies and process improvement initiatives is a plus, as is familiarity with performance measurement and feedback systems.
