The LATAM Global selling team is looking for an
Account Manager to be part of our new Program NARF MX2US organization, that will help MX merchants expand their business into the US marketplace.
The objective of a NARF Account Manager is to reach out to existing Brand Owners (BOs) from a selected Lead Pool, from the MX Marketplace, to support SPs on the process of developing their business in the US marketplace through inputs and program adoption, such as: Selection, FBA, Ads, Merchandising, Conversion rates.
The ideal candidate is motivated, agile, with strong time management and project management skills, technical and analytical. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills as well as team skills. At the core of the position is high attention to detail and delivering high quality results on time.. As an Account Manager for Strategic Accounts you will shape the future of the organization and ensure Seller satisfaction delivering strategic insights and relentlessly high operational standards. In this role, you will build strategic joint business plans with your portfolio of Sellers and explore innovative ways to identify and execute opportunities for new selection, fulfillment, traffic and conversion drivers and operational improvement. Our Account Managers drive Seller business growth by providing customized insights and recommendations, training on relevant tools, products and Amazon services, delivering a positive experience with our programs. They are agile, inventive advocates for their Sellers’ experiences on the Amazon Store, use root cause analysis and problem-solving skills to address Seller concerns and areas for opportunity. Key job responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of the Selling on Amazon products and their functionalities, the e-commerce industry and competitive environment.
- Analyze data and trends to identify, action and influence long term in order to maximize potential for your assigned portfolio of Sellers.
- Lead business strategy development and design long term account plans, collaborating effectively with internal teams and your Sellers to find joint areas of opportunity to drive customer success with Amazon.
- Build effective working relationships with your Sellers; be a trusted advisor and a business advocate.
- Advocate as the voice of the customer internally, using data and anecdotes to drive prioritization and deliver value across a larger customer set
- Track metrics to record the success of the Sellers in your portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health of your Sellers.

- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience with Excel
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
