Zscaler is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to drive customer engagement and support the sales process. You'll leverage your expertise in cybersecurity to help clients navigate their digital transformation. This role requires a strong background in sales engineering and customer success.
You have a proven track record in sales engineering, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused role. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers is one of your key strengths, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with sales and technical teams. You are passionate about cybersecurity and understand the importance of protecting organizations from cyber threats. You are results-oriented and have a strong sense of accountability, always striving to exceed customer expectations and drive successful outcomes.
Experience with cloud security solutions or a background in cybersecurity is highly desirable. Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and the ability to articulate their benefits to clients will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers.
As a Senior Sales Engineer at Zscaler, you will play a critical role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Zscaler's solutions can address their challenges.
