As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be stationed at one of Amazon's last-mile delivery warehouses, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their packages on time. You will communicate directly with customers, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information about their orders. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that every interaction leaves customers with a smile. You will work closely with warehouse associates and delivery partners to facilitate smooth operations and enhance the overall customer experience. Your role will require you to be present on-site, working a 5x2 schedule that includes weekends and holidays, ensuring that you are available to assist customers whenever they need guidance.
