Amazon is hiring a Team Lead for their GSF Distribution Network in Mumbai. You'll be responsible for planning and executing the launch of the fulfillment center and managing daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
You are a graduate with 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. You possess strong execution skills and are action-oriented, with a go-getter attitude. Your people management skills enable you to mentor and guide associates effectively, ensuring that customer expectations are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.
As a Team Lead for Amazon's GSF Distribution Network, you will initially be involved in planning and executing the launch of the fulfillment center. Your role will then evolve to managing the site daily, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for mentoring process associates, guiding them in following standard work practices, and maintaining high-quality service for customers. Your leadership will be crucial in ramping up the site to meet necessary processing capacity and achieving the best results for our customers.
