What you'll do

As the Director of Implementation, you will oversee the implementation of Fieldguide's enterprise SaaS solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. You will lead a team of implementation specialists, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

You will also be responsible for developing and refining implementation processes, leveraging best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your leadership will be crucial in driving team performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on product features and enhancements based on client experiences.

In addition to managing client relationships, you will play a key role in training and mentoring your team, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.
