Overview

Xometry is seeking a Director of Partner Management to build and scale a high-performing Partner Network in the manufacturing sector. This role requires 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and partner management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or partner management — you've successfully built and managed partner networks, ensuring high performance and satisfaction. Your expertise in manufacturing processes, particularly in CNC, Sheet Metal, Injection Molding, Additive, or Finishing, positions you as a subject-matter expert in the field. You understand the importance of compliance with ITAR, JCP, ISO, and other relevant certifications, and you have a proven track record of achieving partner success targets. You excel in developing and executing strategies for recruiting, onboarding, activating, and retaining high-quality partners, and you are skilled in monitoring and managing KPIs related to partner acquisition and retention.

You are a strong collaborator who can work effectively with central functions such as operations, enablement, and marketing — you believe in standardizing training, tools, and reporting to enhance partner performance. Your leadership style fosters knowledge sharing and best practices among regional teams, and you are committed to mentoring and guiding others to achieve their goals. You are results-driven, with a focus on maintaining quality and compliance while ensuring high partner satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with digital marketplaces and their operational challenges. A background in data analysis and the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making would also enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

As the Director of Partner Management at Xometry, you will own the partner lifecycle for your assigned manufacturing category across all U.S. regions. You will develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, activate, and retain high-quality partners, ensuring that all regional pods achieve their partner success targets. You will define and enforce category-specific playbooks, processes, and standards, and ensure compliance with relevant certifications. Monitoring and managing KPIs such as partner acquisition, activation rate, quality, and retention will be key responsibilities in your role.

You will collaborate closely with central functions, including operations, enablement, and marketing, to standardize training, tools, and reporting for partners. Your role will involve mentoring and guiding regional teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices. As a subject-matter expert, you will stay informed about category-specific manufacturing processes, trends, and market dynamics, ensuring that your strategies are aligned with industry standards and best practices.

What we offer

At Xometry, you will be part of a dynamic team that is transforming the manufacturing industry through innovative solutions. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will have the chance to make a significant impact on our partner network and contribute to the success of our organization. Join us in powering the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting innovative ideas with the manufacturing capabilities to bring them to life.
