Senior Accounting Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team. The roles include daily finance operations, ensuring accuracy of supplier invoices, AP and AR function, updating accounting records, resolving accounting discrepancies and any tasks assigned from time to time. Over time, we expect candidates to work closely with our global teams with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing finance operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables (including checking expense claims, raising payments and invoices)
• Set up and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Manage the tax compliance and audit process, familiar with internal control process, monitor day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with company policy and legal requirements
• Arrange supplier invoices and employee reimbursements, manage cash and bank balance controlling
• Provide accounting and relative financial support to local or oversea-offices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or above degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years or above of finance and accounting experience
• Big4 experience preferred
• Solid accounting knowledge and be able to work independently
• Good understanding of Company Law and Tax Law
• Proficient in English and Mandarin 
• Ability to work in high volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
