Your expertise in Java and Spring Boot allows you to design high-performance APIs that can handle significant traffic and ensure reliability. Your proficiency with cloud services such as AWS or Azure enables you to leverage serverless technologies effectively. You are familiar with CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines, including GitHub Actions and Jenkins, which you use to automate processes and enhance deployment efficiency. Your experience with both relational and NoSQL databases equips you to choose the right data storage solutions for various applications.

You thrive in Agile environments, having worked with methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Your advanced English skills allow you to communicate effectively with multicultural teams, fostering collaboration across different regions, including Brazil, Europe, and North America. What you'll do

In this role, you will design and develop robust backend services and APIs that drive modern digital solutions for CI&T's global clients. You will collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features that meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include building, testing, and maintaining scalable backend services using modern technologies.

You will implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using appropriate testing frameworks, ensuring that the solutions you develop are reliable and of high quality. Participating in architecture discussions, you will advocate for clean code, performance, and security best practices, contributing to the overall technical direction of the team.

Your role will also involve contributing to CI/CD automation, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure setup, which are critical for maintaining operational excellence. You will document technical solutions and share knowledge within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Working in Agile teams, you will participate in ceremonies such as stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team remains aligned and focused on delivering value to clients. Your contributions will directly impact the success of CI&T's projects, helping to shape the future of technology solutions.
