Gympass is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for their CXTech team to lead multiple engineering teams focused on customer experience solutions. You'll work with artificial intelligence and foster technical excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing engineering teams.
You have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. Your leadership style emphasizes collaboration and technical excellence, ensuring that your teams are motivated and aligned with business objectives. You understand the importance of fostering a positive team dynamic and are skilled at guiding tech leads to achieve their best work. Your experience in the tech industry has equipped you with a deep understanding of software development processes and the ability to implement best practices.
You are passionate about workplace wellness and understand how technology can enhance employee wellbeing. You have experience working with cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your background in artificial intelligence and customer experience solutions makes you an ideal fit for this role, as you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that improve customer interactions.
Experience with AI-driven solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with customer experience platforms.
