Overview

Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Key Accounts to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships with high-value clients. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in account management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, particularly in managing key accounts with significant revenue potential. With at least 10 years of experience in sales, you understand the nuances of strategic account management and have a knack for building lasting relationships with executive-level stakeholders. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and accountability, ensuring your team is motivated and equipped to meet ambitious sales targets. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your strategies and decisions, and you thrive in environments where you can drive significant revenue growth.

Desirable

Experience in the manufacturing or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketplaces. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a history of successfully expanding business within existing accounts. Your ability to mentor and develop your team is complemented by your strategic vision for account growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive account plans for key accounts, focusing on long-term growth and partnership.
