Kpler is seeking a Product Manager for their Onshore Assets Monitoring team to create and own the product roadmap. You'll collaborate with technology, business, and design teams to enhance commodity storage insights. This role requires strong organizational and strategic skills.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the commodities, energy, or maritime sectors. You understand the intricacies of managing product roadmaps and can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and design. Your ability to analyze market trends and user needs allows you to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards for product quality and user experience. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with developers and data scientists to bring ideas to fruition. You are passionate about leveraging technology to provide valuable insights and drive informed decision-making for clients.
Experience with machine learning or data analytics is a plus, as it will help you understand the technical aspects of the products you manage. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes will also be beneficial in this role. A background in the commodities or energy sectors will give you an edge in understanding the market dynamics and client needs.
As a Product Manager for Kpler's Onshore Assets Monitoring team, you will be at the center of product development, creating and owning the roadmap for the Inventories product. You will work closely with the Tech Lead, developers, and data scientists to ensure that the product meets high standards and delivers valuable insights to users. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand client needs and market trends, which will inform your product strategy. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, you will facilitate communication and alignment on product goals and priorities. You will lead sprint planning sessions and coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of product features. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities for product development and innovation, ensuring that Kpler remains a leader in providing actionable insights in the commodities market.
