Affirm is seeking a Senior Vendor Manager to lead performance and transformation across their global BPO vendor network. This role requires expertise in vendor management and strong analytical capabilities to drive vendor excellence and customer satisfaction.
You have extensive experience in vendor and BPO management, demonstrating a strong ability to lead performance and transformation initiatives. Your analytical skills enable you to validate, interpret, and act on data effectively, driving better decisions and change at scale. You possess a strategic mindset, capable of shaping long-term vendor strategies while ensuring operational excellence across multiple functional areas. Your leadership experience includes managing cross-functional teams and initiatives, showcasing your ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Experience in a senior leadership role within operations is a plus, as is familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics and compliance standards. You are comfortable leading executive-level vendor governance and have a proven track record of defining operational strategies that enhance vendor performance. Your ability to partner with business analysts to shape necessary metrics and dashboards is essential for running the business efficiently.
In this role, you will own vendor performance across one to two functional PODs, focusing on key metrics such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), service level agreements (SLA), compliance, and quality assurance (QA) outcomes. You will lead executive-level vendor governance, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and escalations, ensuring that vendor performance aligns with company objectives. Your responsibilities will include defining operational strategies for vendor allocations and specialization, as well as implementing performance recovery plans when necessary.
You will leverage data to diagnose performance gaps, validate trends, and prioritize interventions that drive improvement. Running ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling will be part of your toolkit to support rapid decision-making. You will lead initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.
