What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Inspection Center. You will oversee the movement of cars into and out of the center, ensuring that all processes are conducted safely and efficiently. You will set production and quality goals for your team and work to meet or exceed these targets consistently. You will engage with your team, providing coaching and support to help them improve their performance. Additionally, you will analyze inventory production goals and implement strategies to achieve them on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
