Ramp is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to drive partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). You'll work on building strategic relationships to enhance Ramp's financial operations platform. This role requires experience in partnership management and a strong understanding of the fintech landscape.
You have a proven track record in partnership management, ideally with experience working with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships is complemented by your understanding of the fintech landscape and the unique challenges it presents. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at navigating complex negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate Ramp's value proposition effectively to potential partners. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on market feedback and evolving business needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new ISV partners that align with Ramp's mission and values. You will develop and execute partnership strategies that drive growth and enhance Ramp's product offerings. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure that partner integrations are seamless and that both Ramp and its partners achieve their business objectives. You will analyze partnership performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize impact. Regularly engaging with partners, you will provide support and resources to help them succeed in promoting Ramp's solutions. You will also represent Ramp at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative approach to financial operations.
