Fresha is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle. This role requires strong collaboration with the Commercial team and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
You are an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in driving sales and building relationships. Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with marketplace platforms. You have a strong understanding of sales cycles and are adept at identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development for North America and collaborate with the Commercial team to identify potential partners and clients. Your role will involve developing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for Fresha's marketplace platform. You will engage with businesses to understand their needs and demonstrate how Fresha can enhance their operations and customer engagement.
You will also be expected to track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to inform future strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be crucial, as you will act as a trusted advisor to help them leverage Fresha's offerings effectively. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of the company as you help expand its presence in the beauty and wellness sector.
