Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate to manage inventory and source complex automotive parts. This role requires at least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience and offers competitive wages and benefits.
You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience and are eager to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. As a Mid-Level Parts Associate, you are ready to take on responsibilities that include sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, managing parts returns, and overseeing general inventory. You possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with dealers and suppliers, and you are detail-oriented when it comes to managing reconciliation and recording payments for parts. You are a team player who is committed to the mission of Carvana and willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
In this role, you will help manage our inventory of parts, ensuring that all sourcing and ordering processes are efficient and accurate. You will be responsible for managing parts returns and maintaining general inventory, which is crucial for the smooth operation of our high-tech Inspection Centers. Your ability to communicate effectively with dealers and suppliers will be key in sourcing the right parts and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, you will manage the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts, ensuring that all transactions are accurately documented. You will also participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, allowing you to grow your skills and pay as the company expands.
