Your experience includes account identification and acquisition, where you've successfully mapped markets and onboarded new partners. In this role, you will lead the channel operations at our Delivery Center, focusing on the management of I.H.S operations. Your responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new retail accounts, ensuring timely onboarding and induction of new partners.
You will manage and drive the growth of channel partners' businesses with Amazon, building and executing strategic account plans that capitalize on key business opportunities. Regular field visits to partner stores will be essential to maintain relationships and ensure alignment with Amazon's operational standards.
Training and coaching will be a significant part of your role, as you will deliver sessions on Amazon processes, products, and operating models. You will work closely with various teams to enable network enhancements and support new product launches, ensuring that all partners are equipped to succeed.
You will maintain and publish routine reports on store performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes. Your ability to analyze data and translate it into strategic actions will be crucial for driving success in this role.
