Desirable

Experience with integrated payment solutions or omnichannel commerce is a plus. Familiarity with financial services tools and their application in a retail environment will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges during the onboarding process and can develop strategies to mitigate them. A background in training or user education will enhance your ability to support merchants as they adapt to new systems.

What you'll do

As an Implementation Specialist at Block, you will manage the final stages of the sales funnel, working closely with merchants to drive deals through to activation. You will utilize your deep product knowledge to guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success with our integrated solutions. Your role will involve configuring systems to meet the specific needs of each merchant and providing comprehensive user training to ensure they can effectively utilize our tools. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to address any issues that arise during onboarding and provide feedback to improve our offerings. Your project management skills will be essential as you track progress and ensure timely activation for all merchants.
