Mirakl is seeking a Customer Success Consultant for their Mirakl Ads division to support clients in optimizing their advertising revenues. You'll leverage your knowledge of the advertising landscape to ensure successful onboarding and growth for strategic clients in London.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in the advertising landscape — you understand the nuances of client relationships and how to drive value through effective communication and support. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to take initiative and seek out opportunities for improvement, ensuring that clients maximize their use of Mirakl Ads. You are a natural networker, able to build rapport with clients and stakeholders alike, fostering long-term partnerships that benefit both parties. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, always prioritizing their needs and objectives.

Desirable

Experience in eCommerce or digital advertising is a plus, as is familiarity with marketplace operations. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a knack for identifying trends that can help clients enhance their advertising efforts. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential, as you will often need to navigate challenges and provide solutions that align with client goals.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Consultant for Mirakl Ads, you will play a pivotal role in the launch phase of new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they understand how to leverage the platform effectively. You will work closely with clients to define their advertising strategies, helping them set realistic goals and expectations.
