What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Mandolin, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for building core platform functionality and AI workflows. You will partner closely with Product and Design to prioritize work and ensure that the team is aligned with customer needs. Your role will involve maintaining a high bar for technical design and system architecture, ensuring that the engineering quality meets the standards required for impactful healthcare solutions.

You will contribute to scaling the engineering culture through recruiting, onboarding, and performance development initiatives. By fostering a fast-paced yet sustainable environment, you will empower engineers to excel in their roles and deliver high-impact products that improve patient access to life-saving therapies.
