Who you are

You have extensive experience as an HVAC Technician, ideally with a focus on maintaining and repairing complex systems in a high-tech environment. You understand the importance of HVAC systems in supporting critical infrastructure and have a proven track record of performing preventative maintenance and repairs on various HVAC equipment. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to diagnose issues effectively and implement solutions efficiently. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with engineering teams to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems. Your commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards is paramount in your work. You are adaptable and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality in your work.

What you'll do

As an HVAC Technician on the Starlink team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC support equipment, including air handlers, chilled water systems, condenser pumps, cooling towers, valves, and filters. You will develop and adhere to a preventative maintenance schedule for building HVAC systems, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and reliably. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will provide insights and support for system improvements and upgrades. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving HVAC issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. You will also document maintenance activities and repairs, contributing to the overall knowledge base of the team.
