Who you are

You are a highly skilled and experienced Global Pre-Sales Solution Architect with a proven track record in coordinating technical components of complex commercial projects. You have a strong ability to engage with customers, understanding their commercial, business, and technical objectives. You excel at qualifying and quantifying customer requirements, translating them into suitable solutions that ensure satisfaction and success. Your analytical skills allow you to understand competing services and provide technical insights that support sales strategies. You are adept at building long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders, fostering relationships that enhance retention and collaboration.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role within the technology or cloud services industry is a plus. Familiarity with proposal generation and solution positioning will help you thrive in this position. You are comfortable conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing the value and capabilities of your solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate the technical aspects of commercial projects involving multiple global Leaseweb entities. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and design suitable solutions using our standard services. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and understanding competing services, providing insights to support sales strategies, and effectively positioning our solutions against competitors. You will support presales activities, including proposal generation and offer development, ensuring that our solutions meet customer expectations. Additionally, you will provide product demonstrations and conduct technical presentations for existing and prospective customers, highlighting the value and capabilities of our offerings. You will also participate in relationship-building and retention activities, fostering long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders. Your role will involve assisting management in identifying and analyzing potential partner opportunities to expand our service offerings, promoting Leaseweb's services and technical capabilities through publications such as blogs and whitepapers.
