NICE is seeking a Senior Account Executive to expand their presence in the U.S. market. You'll act as a trusted advisor, driving complex sales cycles and closing large enterprise deals. This role requires a proven track record in selling SaaS or technology solutions.
You have a proven track record of success in selling SaaS or technology solutions, particularly in the UCaaS, CCaaS, or AI sectors. With a hunter mentality, you are passionate about winning and have the ability to create and communicate complex deal structures and return on investments. You are confident navigating sales cycles with all management levels, particularly in enterprise environments. Your experience allows you to independently advance opportunities and drive consensus across stakeholders, ensuring that you can close large, complex deals effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with channel partners, business development representatives, internal stakeholders, and sales colleagues. Your strategic mindset enables you to align Cognigy’s platform with high-impact transformation initiatives, making you a trusted advisor to both customers and partners. You are adept at building and maintaining a qualified pipeline, ensuring that you meet and exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) and annual contract value (ACV) booking targets.
Experience in representing a technology company at trade fairs and industry events is a plus. You are comfortable coordinating responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs), showcasing your ability to articulate the value of your solutions to potential clients. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively engage with diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
In this role, you will represent NICE Cognigy and create awareness of the company’s offerings in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for generating new ARR and achieving your ARR and ACV booking targets. Your role will involve closing deals through both direct sales and the partner ecosystem, ensuring that you run full sales cycles from account planning to close. You will coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs, demonstrating your ability to articulate complex solutions to potential clients.
You will also represent Cognigy at trade fairs and industry events, helping to build the company’s brand and presence in the market. Your ability to independently advance opportunities will be crucial as you drive consensus across stakeholders and close large enterprise deals. You will work closely with channel partners and internal teams to ensure that you are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
