Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, ensuring that customer commitments are met. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication in the workplace.

Desirable

While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive painting techniques would be a plus. Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and technologies can also enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before the painting process. You will also engage in buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrush techniques to ensure that each vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. Your role will involve working in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will utilize state-of-the-art tools to achieve the best results. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Additionally, you will participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and support your career growth within the company.
