Amazon is seeking a Senior TM1 Application Developer to support their Global Media and Entertainment Finance team. You'll leverage AWS resources to build automated planning and reporting solutions. This role requires expertise in Cognos and data architecture.
You are an experienced TM1 Application Developer with a strong background in Cognos and data architecture. You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial solutions and are skilled in leveraging AWS resources to build scalable applications. Your analytical mindset allows you to set high standards and think critically about the challenges facing the finance organization. You have experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, ensuring that the models you build are accurate, flexible, and efficient. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a multi-year roadmap of exciting projects.
Experience with automated planning and reporting solutions is a plus. Familiarity with predictive forecasting and creating interactive UIs will set you apart. You are comfortable preparing documentation such as runbooks and standard operating procedures to share best practices with your team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on data architecture projects that implement next-generation financial solutions. You will work closely with the GME Finance team to build and enhance software that extends existing systems and applications. Your expertise in Cognos will be crucial as you tackle planning and reporting challenges, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the needs of the finance organization. You will prepare tutorials and documentation to guide your team in best practices, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
You will also be involved in building high-quality data architecture and pipelines that support the reporting needs of the GME organization. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting, enabling the team to make data-driven decisions. As part of a collaborative team, you will engage in discussions about opportunities and challenges, contributing your insights to drive the success of the projects.
Amazon offers a competitive salary range for this position, with annual compensation between $115,800 and $160,000.
