What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to Coupang's diverse business units, including Rocket Delivery and Coupang Ads. You will take full responsibility for the recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and making offers. Your proactive sourcing strategies will help build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring that Coupang attracts the best candidates in the e-commerce sector. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Korean e-commerce industry to provide insights to business leaders, acting as a trusted Talent Advisor. Continuous improvement of recruitment processes will be a key focus, as you lead projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals. Your role will also involve staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform your sourcing strategies.
