What you'll do

As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will embark on a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn the ins and outs of digital sales, equipping you with the skills necessary to succeed in this role. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Hibu's digital solutions effectively. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals who will guide you through the sales process, helping you to develop your skills and confidence.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary starting at $40,000, with the potential to earn uncapped commissions. In your first year, you can expect on-target earnings between $85,000 and $95,000, with the opportunity to increase your earnings in subsequent years.
