Who you are

You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. Your background in autobody work equips you with the necessary skills to excel in this role. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth interactions with your team and customers.

Desirable

While not required, any additional certifications in automotive repair or experience with advanced wheel repair techniques would be beneficial. A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to grow within a fast-paced environment will set you apart.

What you'll do

As a Rim Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage using state-of-the-art tools and equipment. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing wheel damage, operating wheel repair machines, and applying paint and clear-coat finishes to ensure high-quality repairs. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall mission of delivering exceptional vehicles to our customers. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and career progression within the company.
