Overview

ZoomInfo is seeking an Account Manager I to manage renewals and drive cross-selling within SMB clients. You'll work in London and collaborate with a team to expand client relationships. This role requires B2B sales experience.

Who you are

You have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally focused on account growth and retention. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a growing organization. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and are motivated by the potential for unlimited earning opportunities. You are comfortable conducting online product demos and showcasing the value of solutions to clients. You are detail-oriented and can manage a book of business effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage renewals and drive cross-selling opportunities within your assigned book of business, which consists of SMB clients with employee headcounts between 0-100. You will demonstrate the value of ZoomInfo by showcasing how similar companies achieve ROI through our solutions. You will identify new business opportunities within existing clients using referrals and established relationships. Conducting compelling online product demos will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings. You will collaborate with a team of driven individuals, contributing to a supportive environment that celebrates wins and encourages growth.
