Rubrik is seeking a Renewal Sales Specialist to manage renewals for existing accounts across the US and EMEA regions. You'll leverage your experience in sales and customer success to ensure timely renewals and drive incremental growth.
You have a strong background in sales and customer success, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a renewal or account management role. Your excellent communication skills enable you to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives and Customer Success teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of meeting renewal quotas and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Your analytical mindset helps you assess renewal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Experience in the cloud data management or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM systems for managing renewal pipelines. You are comfortable negotiating contracts and driving incremental revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. A proactive approach to customer engagement and a passion for helping clients succeed will set you apart in this role.
As a Renewal Sales Specialist at Rubrik, you will own and manage a renewal book of business for existing accounts, ensuring successful and timely renewals. You will be responsible for meeting quarterly renewal quotas and driving incremental standard uplift on renewals. Your role will involve conducting product usage and account reviews for your customers, coordinating with internal teams to mitigate any potential renewal risks. You will review, validate, and provide accurate renewal quotes to distributors well in advance of contract renewal dates. Additionally, you will maintain healthy pipeline hygiene and proactively manage your individual forecast in the CRM system.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless renewal process. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will also be expected to provide insights and feedback to improve renewal processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.
