3D Print Production Technician

Who you are

You have experience running 3D printers and can operate efficiently with minimal supervision. You are very focused and can smoothly navigate competing priorities, tight deadlines, and last-minute projects. Your ability to communicate effectively with leadership about any issues that arise is crucial to your success in this role. You are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, which may expose you to machinery noise, temperature changes, and particulate materials. You possess the physical capability to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods, and you can lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role or environment would be beneficial, as would familiarity with quality standards in production settings. A background in continuous improvement processes in 3D printing would also be advantageous.

What you'll do

In this role, you will contribute to ensuring that 3D print production goals are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. As a senior team member of operators and technicians, you will oversee equipment performance and collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement in 3D printing processes. You will set up, run, and post-process 3D prints, ensuring that quality standards have been met before shipping prints to customers. You will work diligently to ensure production timelines are met and communicate any issues to leadership promptly.
