What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key player in the Xometry Partner Experience Technology Organization, where your contributions will directly impact the success of our partners. You will lead the charge in writing and reviewing architectural plans, ensuring that new projects are set up for success from the start. Your hands-on approach will see you actively participating in the implementation of these projects, collaborating closely with various engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also take on the responsibility of mentoring and teaching engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them develop their skills. As a technical leader, you will guide innovation within the organization, advocating for the adoption of new technologies and methods that can enhance our offerings. Your role will involve conducting thorough code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the codebase remains robust and maintainable.
