You are proactive and take initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.

What you'll do

You will develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into business performance. You will collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure accurate financial reporting. Your role will involve preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and providing recommendations to improve financial outcomes. You will also play a key role in preparing presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders, summarizing financial performance and strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
