Woven by Toyota is seeking an Operations Manager for Hydrogen Strategic Planning to oversee hydrogen demonstration projects in Woven City. You'll manage operations and collaborate with various stakeholders, requiring experience in energy or engineering sectors.
You have over 5 years of experience in the energy or engineering sectors, with at least 2 years focused on managing hydrogen or renewable energy projects. Your strong ownership and management skills enable you to lead operational challenges effectively. You possess practical experience in daily operations management of facilities and equipment, particularly in hydrogen demonstration setups or renewable energy facilities. Your project management and engineering experience spans all phases, from initial development to ongoing operations, ensuring you understand the complexities involved in such projects. You are proficient in Excel for basic financial simulations and project scheduling, and you have business-level proficiency in Japanese and intermediate English skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
In your role, you will be responsible for the daily management of hydrogen demonstration projects within Woven City. This includes overseeing operations, addressing operational challenges, and coordinating communication among relevant stakeholders. You will support project scheduling and management, ensuring that all projects align with strategic goals. Your insights and experience will contribute to the development of future hydrogen projects and performance analysis of existing initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of hydrogen strategies and contribute to the overarching mission of redefining mobility through innovative solutions.
