JumpCloud is seeking an Office Administrator to provide executive-level support and manage daily operations in Louisville, CO. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work both on-site and remotely.
You are an experienced Office Administrator with a proactive and versatile approach to managing office operations. You thrive on organization and can seamlessly transition between high-level scheduling and hands-on office management. Your excellent time management and prioritization skills allow you to anticipate needs and operate with discretion. You are a professional and courteous first point of contact, screening and directing communications as appropriate. You have a strong ability to support key functional leaders, including the Chief People Officer, VP of Finance, and General Counsel, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office presence with remote work.
In this role, you will provide essential executive-level support to key functional leaders while managing the daily operations, logistics, and vendor relations for the office in Louisville, CO. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, coordinating office logistics, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
