You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in managing platform customers. Your analytical mindset allows you to derive insights from data, and you excel at engaging customers to understand their needs and challenges. Your ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams ensures that you can effectively support customers in optimizing their use of Stripe's services. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a book of platform customers, ensuring they realize the maximum value from their investment in Stripe. You will deliver proactive workshops and business reviews, providing insights that help customers grow their businesses. Collaborating closely with account executives and technical account managers, you will support post-sale engagements focused on customer optimization, retention, and growth.
