What you'll do

In this role, you will define the technical vision and strategy for Contentful.com, ensuring it serves as a leading example of a marketing website built on the Contentful platform. You will work closely with the Product Manager and Director of Web Marketing to create a roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs. You will oversee the implementation and evolution of the website technology stack, ensuring high performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include building and leading a globally-distributed web development team, setting technical standards, and ensuring that the team is equipped to deliver impactful solutions. You will utilize external research and user feedback to inform technical improvements and drive user engagement. You will also prioritize technical initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders to maximize business impact.
