Overview

Guidepoint is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment strategy for the EMEA region. You'll manage a team of recruiters and utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse. This role requires relocation to Athens, Greece.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on the EMEA region, and have successfully led recruitment teams in high-growth environments. Your background includes developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with business goals, and you are adept at managing full-cycle recruitment processes. You are a mentor and advisor, guiding your team to achieve their best work while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. You are comfortable using state-of-the-art recruitment technologies and have a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion initiatives. You are willing to relocate to Athens, Greece, and are excited about the opportunity to work in a global team.

Desirable

Experience with campus recruitment programs and a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels of an organization would be advantageous. Familiarity with metrics and reporting in recruitment processes is also a plus, as is a passion for continuous professional development in the field of talent acquisition.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the talent acquisition function for the EMEA region, overseeing a team of up to seven full-cycle recruiters. You will develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will advise the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership team on best practices and trends in recruitment, contributing to the overall strategy of the organization. You will also manage campus recruitment programs, ensuring that Guidepoint attracts the best early-career talent. Your responsibilities will include mentoring your team, overseeing projects related to diversity and inclusion, and utilizing advanced recruitment technologies to streamline processes. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment practices.
