What you'll do

As the Growth Director at Landor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client engagements. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Growth Director to respond strategically to inbound RFPs and originate new business through targeted outbound marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and articulation of all proposals, ensuring they are compelling and aligned with client needs. You will craft pitch presentations and microsites that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients. Your ability to solicit and synthesize input from key stakeholders across various departments will be crucial in developing proposals that resonate with clients. You will also be responsible for driving our growth vision by championing our full branding capabilities, ensuring that our strategies are innovative and effective in meeting client objectives.
