Prenuvo is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Physician Partnerships to lead their sales efforts in the Western Region of the U.S. You'll be responsible for building relationships and managing a distributed team. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in healthcare or technology sectors, and are skilled at building relationships that drive business growth. You thrive in environments where you can experiment and learn from both successes and failures. Your leadership style encourages collaboration and empowers your team to achieve their best. You are comfortable with travel, as this role requires up to 50% travel within your territory. Ideally, you are based in one of the key cities in the Western U.S. such as Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, or Las Vegas, which allows you to effectively manage your team and client relationships.
Experience in healthcare sales or partnerships is a plus, as is familiarity with innovative technologies that enhance patient care. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies and decisions. A background in managing remote teams will also be beneficial, as you will be leading a distributed team across the region.
